Appointments We would like to accommodate all our patients. In order to minimize waiting time, patients are seen by appointment only. If you are ill or have an emergency, please call us. We will make every effort to see you. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so more than 24 hours in advance. Messages If you have an emergency, make sure to tell the receptionist. He/she will get someone to assist you immediately. All phone calls will be returned by the end of the day. Make sure you provide all the numbers where you can be reached, and the nature of the problem. Emergency Room Visits Emergency room visits do not require notification. You should schedule a follow-up visit with your primary care physician.
